Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP

Your mission
  • Align business objectives with employees and management, providing proactive HR guidance and partnership.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and legal compliance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish labor law (with LATAM experience considered a plus), ensuring alignment with employee management best practices and partnering with legal support when needed.
  • Partner closely with multinational teams and management to strengthen work relationships, build morale, and foster a collaborative and inclusive culture across different geographies.
  • Develop and implement HR-related policies and procedures tailored to a diverse workforce.
  • Lead talent development initiatives and performance review cycles, ensuring continuous employee growth and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning and budgeting in collaboration with leadership.
  • Support management in driving talent development and company culture projects across different regions.
  • Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a strong and positive reputation in the job market.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on HR Management.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and regulations in the European region; experience working with multinational teams across various countries is highly valued.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across cultures.
  • Experience in HR analytics and utilizing data to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives from strategy to execution.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required. Knowledge of Ukrainian will be considered a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
