Business Development Specialist (Chinese Speaker)

Your mission
  • Think beyond borders: help Chinese merchants expand into Latin America by offering world-class payment solutions.
  • Develop and implement a smart and targeted business development strategy to grow our presence among Chinese clients interested in Latin American markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify and engage Chinese e-commerce, iGaming, and digital businesses seeking new growth markets.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and LATAM market dynamics to spot opportunities and shape our go-to-market approach.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers in Chinese companies operating or planning to expand into LATAM.
  • Drive deal-closing strategies and contribute to sustainable sales growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets with high standards of client service and professionalism.
  • Ensure an excellent client experience by offering proactive support and solution-oriented follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities across relevant markets.

Your profile
  • Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker, with strong command of English. Spanish is a strong plus.
  • 3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in fintech, payments, or cross-border commerce.
  • Experience working with Chinese clients or businesses, particularly those expanding into international markets.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Solid understanding of payment processing, merchant services, and e-commerce infrastructure.
  • Existing network within Chinese e-commerce, digital services, iGaming, or global trading communities is a big advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Open to occasional travel for events and client meetings across LATAM and Europe, China.
