Your mission
La Finteca is a licensed Brazilian payment institution, preparing to launch its financial services platform integrated with the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB) systems—Sisbacen, STR, SPI (PIX), DICT—and designed for both local and international B2B clients.
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end launch of our operations in Brazil: from regulatory onboarding and PIX technical integration to establishing operational and compliance frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—Product, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance—to ensure all milestones are delivered on time and in full compliance with Central Bank requirements.
Your role is central to ensuring that LaFinteca becomes fully operational in Brazil within the required timeframe and sets the foundation for scalable, future-ready financial operations across LATAM.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive the execution of the Brazilian launch plan in accordance with defined requirements.
- Coordinate regulatory deliverables: Sisbacen onboarding, STR/SPI/DICT access, CCME, Unicad, Cadocs, STA/CRD.
- Ensure integration of PIX-related products.
- Oversee development and rollout of internal policies: AML/CFT, data protection, fraud prevention, incident response, operational continuity.
- Ensure implementation of AML transaction monitoring systems, audit protocols, and incident response procedures.
- Develop and keep up to date all project management documentation.
- Align with legal and compliance teams to meet BCB standards (Res. 429/2024, Res. 85/2021, Circ. 3978/2020, Normative 491).
- Collaborate with leadership to track milestones, escalate risks.
- Facilitate internal training and stakeholder communication.
- Own cross-departmental collaboration and change management.
